Ashton Craig was born in Trinidad and started playing the steel drums at age seven. He has performed at various music festivals in Trinidad and in the Panorama with the Nu-Tones Stell Orchestra over the years. Ashton moved to the United States in 1984 and toured with the 21st Century Band. In 1986 he started his own 5-piece band, PAN EXTASY. He has performed at private parties for such celebrities as Oprah Winfrey, Danny Glover and others. Ashton also performs for private parties, including corporate events, weddings, outdoor festivals, as well as plays on the International stage.
